Projects Explained
I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of impactful projects, ranging from branding initiatives to promotional events. For each, I’ve taken on roles that include creative direction, project management and design execution, ensuring that the final product not only met but exceeded client expectations.
Hospitality
We collaborated with the hospitality team to strategize a rebranding effort timed to coincide with their website update. The objective was twofold: to enhance awareness of the team's services for V teamers and to drive traffic to the site for valuable resources.
I employed innovative techniques such as enhancing their headshots with vibrant pops of color to convey a sense of warmth and exceptional customer service.
I then created a promotional reel showcasing the hospitality team and their services.
We implemented digital displays featuring QR codes strategically placed throughout the premises, directing individuals to the website while showcasing various departments.
The outcome was very positive, as this initiative notably augmented website traffic and garnered an abundance of valuable feedback.
The Ridge
Furthermore, alongside our involvement with the hospitality team, we were invited to participate in an additional campaign aimed at integrating our brands: "FOODS," Hospitality, and the Ridge corporate hotel.
We developed a unified look and feel that encapsulated the essence of all three brands, with the overarching message emphasizing "Unparalleled" services, particularly highlighting "All of us" for The Ridge.
Our objective was to cultivate a culture centered around enjoyment, community, and well-being, while also opening up new opportunities and crafting an inclusive experience for all. This entailed transitioning a site exclusively catering to senior executives to one accessible to "all of us," and effectively communicating this message.
I contributed to the revamped design of the new website, providing feedback, implementing edits, and creating graphics for banners. Additionally, I spearheaded the development of marketing materials including e-cards, TV digitals, and flyers.
Hybrid Catering Expo
The aim was to extend our reach beyond customers physically present in the FOODS Hall to those working at their desks or at home. I crafted a video designed to immerse viewers in the experience of a catering event, providing a glimpse of what it would be like to choose us for their next gathering or meeting. Throughout the video, we showcased station specials from our catering menu, enticing viewers with tantalizing offerings.
I led the creation of all digital, print, and video assets for both social media and onsite promotions. On Instagram, each team shared their menu featuring the station special along with a mouth-watering photo of the dish.
Additionally, we encouraged each site to share the reel on their page and in their story. In the story, we included a direct link to the catering website for easy ordering and ensured the story was saved as a highlight for ongoing visibility. Leveraging stories not only increased visibility but also facilitated quick access to ordering. I also designed an email signature to help garner visibility.
Feedback from our teams indicated a noticeable uptick in catering orders, demonstrating the effectiveness of our strategy.
‘ZA for your Thoughts
We conducted a blind tasting session to compare our in-house pizza with local options. I implemented a comprehensive marketing campaign across both print and digital platforms, focusing on our Instagram presence. Embracing a nostalgic "Little Italy" ambiance, we aimed to evoke the comforting familiarity of your favorite local pizza joint, emphasizing the convenience of enjoying authentic, house-made pizza right there. Utilizing an image of a freshly baked pie from our own pizza station, we effectively conveyed the essence of our offerings.
I crafted a dynamic highlight reel for post-event marketing on Instagram. Our goal was to showcase not only the delicious food but also the genuine connections and shared experiences that attendees enjoyed. By capturing authentic moments of interaction and the preparation of our food with fresh ingredients, we aimed to pique curiosity and encourage future engagement. Leveraging the power of video content, we strived to captivate our audience and leave a lasting impression. It also helped the results were heavily in our favor, proving your best value is ordering in with us!
